Confidence
Would you use the word confident if asked to describe yourself?
Actually, how do you personally define confidence? Is it what you see or experience in a social situation, or what you feel on the inside?
(Obvs, appreciate you could choose both)
In this episode Maz and Beck discuss their differing experiences of confidence - exploring the challenges and benefits of having either inner or outer confidence
How it affects them on a daily basis, and also before and during social situations.
Building confidence is fundamentally important for self-growth. To trust and value ourselves, and feel able to stand shoulder to shoulder with those around us.
