Dig deep... How many of your opinions are really yours?

Let's try that another way... How often do you catch yourself thinking something that really, if you think hard, isn't actually what you REALLY think?

We are so strongly influenced as children by the views and beliefs our carers bestow upon us that it's understandable they remain into adulthood.

But if we blindly accept someone else's opinions as our own, out of habit or loyalty, how can we be honest with ourselves about what really matters to us?
And  in turn be truly open to what life has in store for us to reach our full potential?

In this episode, Maz and Beck explore the topic of Learned Beliefs - turning the spotlight on the ones they've personally identified (so far!), and their endeavours not to pass them on to the next generation by encouraging critical thinking for the whole family.
