Emotional, social, existential... are apparently the three different types of loneliness that are contributing to what's being cited as an epidemic. 

This week saw social media light up with World Mental Health Day posts and the undercurrent of so many posts was how pervasive loneliness is. 

The pandemic ignited a focus on social interaction being paramount to mental wellbeing. That the experience of isolation, or lack of physical connection with others can be hugely detrimental to mental health. 

In this episode Maz and Beck share their experiences and thoughts on loneliness.
